This month, the team at Golden Pig have joined forces with chef Javier Codina from Moda Restaurant and John Susman from Fishtales, to bring Brisbane a PIG & PAELLA event – celebrating fresh seasonal produce and stunning wines, on Saturday 21st of May, from 1pm to 4pm.This team of talented chefs will be creating a magnificent seafood paella with some of Australia’s best produce – featuring Cloudy Bay Clams, Kinkawooka mussels, Pacific Reef Cobia and Skull Island prawns.
Also on the menu is a whole pig on the spit and accompanying Spanish-inspired side dishes.
Brett Green from Bacchus Wine Merchant will be presenting guests with a beautiful range of Casa Lluch wines from Valencia to enjoy throughout the afternoon.
This is the perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon, enjoying a glass of wine (or a few!) with friends, eating your way through the culinary tastes of Spain…. all in our own backyard!The cost of the afternoon is $95 and includes food and wine.
