The best news? Their new chef, Michael Roche will be launching his first original menu under their new foodie arm, Mammoth Meat Co.
Their new menu is the perfect accompaniment to the behemoth collection of beers on tap and features meat, meat and more meat. With share plates of comfort food to split between your mates- think popcorn chicken, mac n cheese arancini, lamb ribs and salt and pepper squid… We’re salivating just thinking about it.
These guys aren’t your typical late-night feed in The Valley- they’re the main act (and so much better than a 3am kebab). With hand stretched pizzas boasting ‘Spiced lamb, pickled onion, pomegranate, fetta, sumac yoghurt, burnt lemon’, you’ll never look back. Our other favourites on their new menu include the spiced chickpea patty burger, their loaded fries and of course the dark chocolate and beetroot brownie with pretzels, fudge sauce, salted caramel ice cream for desert!
Of course, with the new branding of Mammoth Meat Co, it’s clear that Woolly Mammoth are keeping up with the times. Which of course means you can find them on Uber Eats! Meaning a trip to Fortitude Valley minus the cab fare home…
