FOUR Australian Labels We Love

Here at Brisbane Threads we’re all about shopping local, and we’ve been crushing hard on these brands at the moment. Check them out and give them some love!

Assembly Studios

Top, Coat, Jeans, Dress

If there’s one thing Assembly does well, it’s quality basics. Their jeans fit like a glove but won’t break your bank (the pair pictured are only $100 and they last forever!). Their tees are super soft and are way too aesthetically pleasing to be real. Pair the slip with a white tee underneath for day time shenanigans or chuck a pair of heels on and hit the d-floor.

Mr Simple

Watch, Shirt

Mr Simple have been kicking around since 2008, and they’re really hitting their stride! Committed to creating quality products and being responsible about how they’re made, you can rest easy knowing that you’re supporting a company with a conscience. While their clothing line is for men, their watches are pretty enough to sit on the daintiest of wrists.

Camp Cove Swim

Lena Bikini, One Piece

Not only are Camp Cove’s swimwear ethically produced, they’re bloody beautiful as well. Inspired by the female form, retro prints and Australiana- you’ll stand out at the beach for all the right reasons. While it’s not quite the right temperature at the moment to sport them, dull your cravings for Summer by splurging on a pair and thinking of warmer times.

Sir The Label

Top, Romper

Minimalistic, classic, chic and comfortable: what more could you ask for? These guys craft beautiful designs that are always in style. Perfect for a beach trip- these babies look at home on the beach but also at the bar. Pair any of their tops with denim cut-offs for running errands or with a flippy skirt for an effortlessly cool look.

Happy browsing!
